1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cinedrafts (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We provide digital downloads (PDFs) of premium screenwriting templates, guides, and related content. By purchasing or downloading our materials, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a license to use these digital goods, not the intellectual property rights to the content itself.
2. Account Registration & Security
We use Google OAuth and Magic Links (via email) to authenticate users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and email inbox. Cinedrafts is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised third-party credentials.
3. Purchases & Payment
All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store, process, or transmit your credit card or payment information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's processing terms. Due to the nature of digital goods (PDF downloads), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Digital Goods & Access
Upon successful payment, your digital goods are delivered to your "My Library" dashboard. Downloads are facilitated via secure, short-lived URLs (expiring in 15 minutes) served directly from our Cloudflare R2 storage infrastructure. You agree not to share, distribute, or exploit these secure links or the downloaded PDFs in any unauthorized manner.
5. Testimonials & User Content
If you submit a testimonial or feedback through our Platform, you grant Cinedrafts the right to display your review, along with your chosen display name and profile picture (pulled securely from your Google profile if you opt-in), on our website for promotional purposes. You may choose to post anonymously, in which case your PII will not be displayed. We reserve the right to edit testimonials for clarity or reject them entirely at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
All content available for purchase remains the intellectual property of Cinedrafts or the respective authors. Purchasing a PDF grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the material. If you wish to secure rights for commercial usage, adaptation, or performance, you must use the "Request for Rights" portal located in your Library. Submission of a request does not guarantee that rights will be granted.
7. Data Deletion Policy
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) under the DPDP Act 2023. You can initiate this process via your Account Settings dashboard. Upon approval, your name, phone number, billing address, and GSTIN will be permanently anonymized. However, your underlying account credentials and historical order records will be retained to preserve your library access and our financial reporting compliance.
